Biography

Mr. Szudejko joined KATZEN in 1998. Since that time, he has been involved in all phases of project development, design and start-up. His primary field of concentration has been in motor fuel, industrial, and potable grades of ethanol production. An accomplished mechanical engineer, he has paralleled that same expertise in the chemical process field as well. His efforts in process design include process simulation, flowsheet development, equipment design, P&ID preparation, instrument specifications, pump design, detail piping and economic analyses of plants. While leading start-ups or managing complex international projects in U.S.A., Poland, Jamaica, Brazil, Ecuador, Spain, India, Belgium, Austria, France, Germany, and more, he has the unique ability to seamlessly transcend to the different cultures of the world. Mr. Szudejko's operational knowledge and extreme personal commitment to each project is unparalleled and is evidenced by the ultimate success of each project he leads.

Following graduation, Mr. Szudejko was Operations and Project Manager of the Lactic Acid Department with Enterprise of Fermentation Industry "AKWAWIT" in Lezno, Poland, where he managed a variety of chemical process projects for 3 years. For the next 3 years, prior to joining KATZEN, Victor was employed by the ED&F Man Company in the U.K. He was the Operations Manager in it's Alcohol Division where his responsibilities were in design and supervision of ethanol plants in Jamaica, Poland, and other projects worldwide.
